Diamonds generally make a certificate alone at 30 points, and 30 minutes will even claim a finished certificate.
Each diamond has a certificate. Whether it is a national inspection or not, the diamond GIA above the score of or above will issue a certificate but not every one has GIA proof
Generally, the broken diamonds below 20 points are worthless, there is no need to do a certificate!
