One QQ created an industry group. How can I add another QQ number to enter this group?

I have several QQ numbers, and I want to add all my colleagues in my QQ number to this group, but now I can only use it to create a friend in this group of QQ numbers. How to add friends in other QQ numbers? thank you all!
